Remove My Junk Fast is a lead-matching service. We collect project information from customers and connect them with one or more independent local junk-removal providers who may respond, confirm the project, and quote pricing. Remove My Junk Fast does not perform junk removal, hauling, disposal, recycling, demolition, or cleaning services.

• You confirm you are at least 18 years old and have the right to arrange removal of the items and access the property described.
• You will provide accurate information about the items, location, timeline, and contact details.
• Photos you upload must depict your own project. Do not upload photos containing other people without their permission.
• You agree that your project information — including photos and contact details — may be shared with one or more providers who may contact you by phone, text, or email.

Load size estimates, timeline options, and any pricing shown or discussed during intake are not guaranteed. Final pricing, scheduling, availability, and the ability to remove specific items are determined solely by the provider after they review your request. Providers are independent businesses, not employees or agents of Remove My Junk Fast.

Any agreement to perform work, pay for services, or handle items is between you and the provider. Remove My Junk Fast is not a party to that agreement and is not responsible for the provider's work, conduct, licensing, insurance, disposal practices, damage, delays, or disputes.

Do not use the service to request removal of items you are not legally allowed to dispose of, including but not limited to hazardous waste, medical waste, radioactive materials, live ammunition, or stolen property. Providers may refuse any item at their discretion.

By submitting a request, you consent to be contacted by Remove My Junk Fast and by matched providers by phone, text message, or email regarding your request, even if your number is on a do-not-call list. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of texts by replying STOP.

The site, its content, branding, and code are owned by Remove My Junk Fast or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute the site or its content without permission.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Remove My Junk Fast does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any provider will contact you within a specific timeframe.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Remove My Junk Fast and its owners, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service or from any work performed by a matched provider. Our total liability for any direct damages will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Remove My Junk Fast from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your submission, your interactions with providers, or your violation of these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
